Country legend returns after a year battling health issues and shares the stage with his daughters in a triumphant comeback
Following several operations, Tim McGraw made his triumphant return to the stage at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.


Tim McGraw is back! After a year-long hiatus due to significant health issues the Louisiana native headlined the Music City Rodeo at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on May 31, 2025, marking his first performance since canceling his “Standing Room Only” tour in June 2024.
McGraw underwent multiple orthopedic surgeries, including double knee replacements, three back surgeries, and treatment for a torn rotator cuff and ruptured disc. He spoke candidly about his rehabilitation, emphasizing the need for intentional and methodical movements during his performances going forward.
Despite the challenges, his return was met with enthusiasm from fans, and he even brought his daughters on stage for a surprise appearance. He has expressed gratitude for the support he received during his recovery and affirmed his commitment to continue performing.
McGraw has a lineup of upcoming concerts scheduled throughout 2025 in a number of U.S. cities which demonstrates his full return to touring.
